Uta Barth’s work has been exhibited internationally at venues including the Tate Modern, London; the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York; the Guggenheim Museum, New York; the Museum of Modern Art, New York; the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles;, the Lannan Foundation, The J. Paul Getty Museum, Los Angeles and the Museum of Modern Art, Chicago. A traveling survey exhibition of her work was organized by the Henry Art Gallery in Seattle in 2000, (http://www.tfaoi.com/aa/2aa/2aa239.htm) She is a recipient of two National Endowment for the Arts fellowships and the 2005 Guggenheim Fellowship.
